Linden/Northcliff ADSL problems

About 2.5 km at a push away from the exchange.
Guess I'll have to keep nagging them about the congestion :(
 
I also received the automated calls and had some interruptions for the last day or so. I'm very far from the exchange and used to sync at about 3MB, my stats have now improved a bit. I now sync at 4MB and according to the modem I could go to 4.4MB.

Really hope this was just the first part of the upgrade and that they plan some MSAN upgrades. Would love to get a higher speed line.
 
SNR is very low and the have switched the connections off twice again over night and this morning, but Attenuation is very good and line is flying.
 
Just checked my previous messages with Telkom. I'm to be moved to MSAN 6 (apparently) in Linden but Twitter mentions work being done on 3 and 9 :(
 
I had such hope :( Unfortunately still on 2mbps, 52dba attentuation. Completely unchanged :(
 
Got a text that the fault has been resolved. Speeds are still the same. Downstream SNR and Att is crap but Upstream has seen some improvement :erm::(

Yeah got same SMS. Before I snr atleast allowed me to get 10mbit. Now only 4mbit :/

Pho3nix where do you stay, I think we on the same cable/MSAN

Stay in Montgomery Park. Waiting till Friday as there was still maintainence until Tomorrow.

Also a little worried their computers will downgrade my line if I complain about the SNR.
