Line Migration Issue - Mweb To Telkom

I currently switched from Mweb Uncapped 2mbps to Telkoms UnlimitedHome 10mbps. I have canceled Mweb in November (Contract month to month finished at the end of December) giving 30 days notice so I can sign up in January. I currently logged in with my Telkom details on my modem and receive a sync speed of 2mbps which is my old speed. Migration still needs to be done probably but how do I still have the old speed in January if my order is already canceled with Mweb.

Call telkom, ask them to check your adsl profile as you should be on 10Mb/s

Its to do more with the line not being moved and still running at 2mbps when it should of stopped at January
