Line speed and stability issues need some help please

howzit mate sorry i was wondering if u could have an answer for me on this ...

also on my isp side i have a 4meg uncapped services but on telkom i have a 3meg connection but telkom says on there system im paying for a 4meg line should i drop it to 3meg on telkom side and will it make my downloads more stable . they seem to be jumping from 10kb/s - 280kb/s they are all over the place??

Umm your line can easily do more than 4 megs tell telkom to change your line to 4 meg or higher

Yeah, u can probably get 4mb stable. The reason that ur downloads are jumping all over the place is because of the 4mb uncapped account, I'm guessing u with mweb?

There's a lot of problems with the mweb 4mb uncapped accounts and they are very unstable due to shaping.
