Linking sims on prepaid

I want to buy just one Freeme Boost 20gb bundle and share it between two sims can this be done?
 
No not from my understanding. You are able to how ever broadcast wifi so other devices are able to use the data
 
Not sure about prepaid but according to the T&Cs "No Multi-SIM functionality will be made available to FreeMe Individual Postpaid and Hybrid Plans"
