Linksys PAP2T

I have a linksys pap2. im trying to get it connected but it is not wokring. can some1 please help me.

This is what i have done so far -
I connected the blue connecter from the linksys to an available port on my adsl router
then i took my phone & connected it to linksys.
I then enterd **** on my phone as was given an ip address.
I entered the IP address in the browser
Then line 1 - I entered all the info given from my voip provider

But when i pickup the PHONE it is Dead.

What can be the problem ???

As you go into the web interface, you get the status page. In that page, look under "Line 1 Status" and ensure "Registration State:" is "Registered". If not, check all your settings for your voip provider until it registers.

I checked all login info, it is correct.
The same login works 100% with softphone, can it be a problem with the linksys ?

Unlikely to be a problem. Is it showing as "Registered" ???
