Does anyone now where I can download games for Linux on my local bandwidth. I'm looking to get some 3d FPSs, Flight Sims, Racing games, etc. Using Linux Mint Gloria so my Repos aren't local

Thanks

It's a good question actually. Take a look on ftp.games.saix.net and ftp.is.co.za .... maybe they have something there. I have seen Linux game patches there...

Thanks, i will have a look there. Also is it possible to add ubuntu repositories on linux mint and if so, how? Because apparently lots of games are available on the ubuntu repos. Thanks

Never tried it... but you can always try.... just make a backup of your current sources.list file.

Don't shoot me if it doesn't work. I reckon it might not work....

backup: sudo mv /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list_orig
create new (using kate text editor) sudo kate /etc/apt/sources.list

<Can't give you the repos now, am not in Ubuntu right now>
