Ernst Roets is testing the waters… he has a right to do so because of select groups not knowing where they are standing in relation to their rights in South Africa. I see the NMF wants Roets imprisoned as per their application, and they also pushed the application in a matter of urgency...

Just to add the bit the SAHRC commented,

The commission’s deputy chair Priscilla Jana confirmed that it will look into the matter as soon as a formal complaint has been laid.

schit to be white in this country. We are regressing to the point of where one racial group has Constitutionally fewer rights than the others, and other racial groups will follow.

I wonder whether the SAHRC will look into the educational context in regard to Roets? I doubt they will, they frown on white history...

They should just get it over and done with and throw him in jail. Once they're done with the flag they can move onto the next thing so we can jail more people.
 
The flag was meant to be a symbol of reconciliation between the english and afrikaners after a nasty war.
Apparently the nats hated it because of the union jack.

This country’s minority is in serious jeopardy of its rights for expression. When the minority has fewer rights for expressing themselves then you know our Constitutional Democracy is fundamentally flawed. This isn’t limited to the freedom of expression, but also from other limitations set forth in transformational policies. It is being accelerated by each and every day.

Sad that it took the former flag for ‘expressing’ the transparency of the public interest. I am all for this comment,

It will get worse with time, that's why I say they must just get it over and done with. They should gun for the Stem portion of the anthem next if they want to be consistent.

Not only can you not see bias you also can't see colour. You need to have your eyes checked, the dutch flag and stripes on team clothing is red, white and blue.

The NMF miss the point. The judgement was so vague one could view it as no longer being allowed to display the flag anywhere or being allowed to display it everywhere. Perhaps that was secretly the point. It's all based on the interpretation and "feels" of the day so won't stand up on appeal.

Hmm... the whole reason they "compromised" was because they didn't stand a chance otherwise. The idiot doesn't seem to know what a compromise is. They took the most from it that they could. Neither does he seem to get that the current track they are on will cost them their "economical means".
