LIVE | Apartheid flag judgment

I disagree. The display of Zulu regalia and weaponry is inspirational for me. The connotation with violence against women and children is an attempt to demonise the Zulu culture, which I consider racist.
I've reported you post and will demand for you to be banned.
The Zulu initiated genocide which started in the late 1700s cost an estimated 2 - 3 million lives.
Seems a good enough reason to ban the regalia considering that, with the best will in the world, the TRC could only blame apartheid for 7000 deaths in its forty years of existence.
Might I remind you that the ANC killed off some 360 000 HIV/AIDS sufferers in its early years of misrule?

TBH to me, personally..... the middle finger contains more hate than any flag....

Equality Court is supposed to rule on the BLF hate speech case today as well .....

Heard on the news that they either got new representation ( or just got representation) this past weekend and so they were totally and utterly unprepared (blf, that is).
It has, therefore, been postponed to a later date.

One tiny little step closer to civil war. Keep pushing buttons.....
I'm not in that camp, but to keep antagonizing those that are, will not end well. A lot of guys fought and died for that flag. Not for Apartheid, but for their home and country. A lot more will die before it does.

I don't care much about flags, but I do care about facts, so I wish they would stop calling it the "Apartheid flag". To do so shows a complete ignorance of our history. It is the flag adopted by the Union of South Africa in 1928. The first official "Apartheid" law was implemented in 1950. To call it the "Apartheid flag" is as accurate as calling the US flag the "MAGA flag".

Yes the small British flag on the flag should give a clue given the deep loathing Afrikaner nationalists had for the British.

News Flash March 2020

The apartheid parts of national anthem banned!

We've been having it.

The EFF is calling for the removal of Die Stem from the national anthem following the Equality Court judgment declaring the gratuitous display of the old apartheid flag as hate speech.

Ever the opportunists.

Ever the opportunists.

This opportunity enables the opportunists to attack the Afrikaner, and boer, identity. Two-edged, gaining public support and inciting the Afrikaners for all of which translates into progress for the Pan-Africanism effort.

BLF hate speech: Equality Court postpones case, Mngxitama reacts [video]
The matter will be heard in September, after it was discovered that the BLF had only secured legal representation over the weekend.

I don’t understand our justice system with these particular individuals. The BLF has been wasting the resources of the court time and time again. Usually, the court is quite eager for pushing ‘these’ matters as a point of urgency, meaning that they should immediately file for legal representation. Kid gloves.

It is not only the BLF, but others have also been rewarded with the same privilege.
