Local news server with > 2 connections

I was wondering if such a thing existed locally. Wouldn't even mind donating. usually we just stuck with 2 connections.

I'm pretty sure Mweb = 4

mweb has certain amount of max connections to there servers , sometimes you get 2 sometimes 4, just connect when people is at work etc, should give you more then 2

I also heard saix was 2. I set it at 10 now. Will check how much I get!
