The Quake 3 community has been fighting for a Quake Live server for ages with iD Software, and finally we got it... and IS is definitely the best provider for the contract! - best pings, fastest servers, and Kradenko running the show Congrats and a BIG THANKS to IS-Gaming for making this possible

@MaLeVoLeNcE: yeah, but the browser part of it doesnt use much bandwidth... just get some Route Sentry going and your problem is solved. It works fine with split bandwidth authentication, unlike many games which require that the IP on the game server must be the same as the host... a few megs a month on authentication etc wont kill you!

Dont need anything, Quake Live is free... it's a browser plugin, albeit QUITE a large one at that
