One thing I am really trying to get back into is exercising during the work week. I used to take the dog for a walk every day at lunch time. But that period became unpredictable with work and meetings and and. I'm considering taking the dog for a walk first thing in the morning, followed by a quick workout of some sorts and then start my usual morning routine.
I should also pay more attention to my diet; I just have no idea where to start with that.
My WHF situation won't change for the foreseeable future either. I might be going to the office once a week or so, from April, maybe.

Walking your dog 30 minutes a day and a 30-60 minute workout twice a week would be an excellent start.

It is a common pit fall to try and do too much too soon. You also need to allow time for recovery between workouts.I was considering a workout every day. Too much?
Thanks. I'll look at the linked workout thread too.It is a common pit fall to try and do too much too soon. You also need to allow time for recovery between workouts.
