One thing I am really trying to get back into is exercising during the work week. I used to take the dog for a walk every day at lunch time. But that period became unpredictable with work and meetings and and. I'm considering taking the dog for a walk first thing in the morning, followed by a quick workout of some sorts and then start my usual morning routine.

I should also pay more attention to my diet; I just have no idea where to start with that.

My WHF situation won't change for the foreseeable future either. I might be going to the office once a week or so, from April, maybe.

Walking your dog 30 minutes a day and a 30-60 minute workout twice a week would be an excellent start.

Please join in on this workout and fitness thread if you have any questions about starting or getting back into excercise

It is a common pit fall to try and do too much too soon. You also need to allow time for recovery between workouts.
Start small, but start somewhere and work yourself up gradually.

If you do want to workout out more then take one day off and alternate to promote recovery.

For example upper body > lower body > cardio > upper body > lower body > cardio > chill instead of upper body and then the next day upper body and so on.

Of course this is pointless if your eating plan/habits do not promote a healthy body.

I also work in stretches and some back rotations...

I miss working for a company. Oh the fun times visiting HR and going up against my supervisor who got paid for passing her work to my peers and reporting me when I refused to do her work until she gives me a portion of her salary.

I can only imagine WFH if I still had a job. Switching off the camera when I don’t feel like participating in a stupid meeting, not answering calls because I know it’s going to be something stupid. Refusing to touch my pc before 8:30 and after 16:00 unless they pay me overtime. Billing them for my internet and “office rental”. Requesting stationery and for IT to come and fix my pc problems even though it’s something I can do myself. Oh it would have been fun! Makes me wanna get a job so that I can WFH
