Logitech Bluetooth USB Dongle

I have the subject dongle which is quite old and used work on my Win 7 PC. I now have a Win 10 and it doesn't recognise it.
Any advice on how to get this to work or should I bin it?

The kernel hasn't really changed that much between W7 and W10 - I suspect you can just download the W7 drivers and do a manual install via the Device Manager.
