We saw a whole range of Lokis across the spectrum.

President Loki who was as Loki as Loki can be with a whole army of backstabbing Lokis in tow.

Then the tired, almost self-loathing Richard E Grant Loki that has been around for a long time and just wanted Lokis to be ''normal''.

Then the real Loki has had some serious character development. In early episodes he was trying to screw and manipulate Mobius constantly, but he realised it got him nowhere. Also, real REAL Loki in the movies softens up by the time Thanos kills him.
 
I watched E4 & E5 last night. Really enjoyed E5 and the various Lokis.

He has also had the benefit of understanding the scope of his life in both his own pathed out history and all the dead end's of the others.... he has been forced to increase his wisdom.

The others except for the repentant old one and conflicted young one seem to not have had that benefit to the same extent and even they have improved.

Don't watch it then. And read the comics. She's not a female Loki. They keep referring to her as that in the TVA. She's Enchantress. She just doesn't know it yet.

It's obviously Kang. He's in the next Ant-Man movie. And Renslayer is his lackey in the comics apparently. But, much like they teased Thanos, it'll be good to do the same for Kang.

Also, Loki has realised how he's getting out of being murdered by Thanos. Except I rate he will pop up in the next Thor movie and tell how he did it.

I hung up my speculating boots after WandaVision, but the general internet consensus does seem to be that Kang will be revealed as the next big-bad after Thanos.
 
Also, in case you missed the urban legend in this episode (Loki being DB Cooper was the previous one).

The warship that appears and then is ''eaten'' by Alioth? That was the USS Eldridge which was a part of the alleged Philadelphia Experiment where the US Navy was said to have successfully tested a cloaking device on the Eldridge, rendering it invisible.
 
One thing I did not get.... what was bouncing around in the bottle?

The evil Loki was demanded to obstruct the craftsman from completing the last part of the citadel so that they would not need to pay him. Loki would face violence and death if not, so he swore oath that he would stop the man and his horse from completing the citadel.

Whilst the man was working that evening, a mare appeared from a nearby forest and neighed towards the stallion. The mare was in heat, and the stallion broke away from his work and ran away into the woods, following the other horse. The man was not happy that his stallion had got away. He became enraged when Svadilfan ran with the mare all night and the next day and he could not finish the citadel in time.

The gods, noticing the man’s wrath, realised that he was in fact a giant, and they had been well and truly duped. They called for Thor to kill the giant. Thor swung Mjollnir into the giant’s head. The heavy blow killed him instantly, the force sending his body flying to Niflheim, and cast tiny pieces of his skull across the nine realms.

It then became clear that it was Loki who had stopped the completion of the citadel. He had disguised himself as the mare to which Svadilfari left the giant to be with, and had become pregnant with the stallion’s foal. Loki later gave birth to a grey, eight-legged horse he called Sleipnir. It was the best horse among gods and men, so Loki gifted him to Odin.

I don't believe Kang will be the big bad. Wandavision already made people believe in several possible antagonists, but my money is still on Doctor Doom being party to something bigger, as I speculated where The Fantastic Four will be a prominent party and giving rise to the mutants. Do expect to see Apocalypse crushing some superheroes and mutants in the time to come. None which is set up to be the big bad, but perhaps a collective.

The Celestials also have a large part to play and may even be involved here in Loki, but more will be shined on this come Eternals.

I also see a lot of people saying the series will have more of a standalone approach to a villain/antagonist while the movies will build up to a single big-bad.

In WandaVision the speculation was Nightmare. Then it turned out to be Agatha. The Falcon & The Winter Soldier just had the Flag Smashers.
