The whole Marvel franchise seems like a big tease. The finale just sets up more without a satisfying conclusion like the movie Logan. The king of this was the series Lost. However, I did enjoy Loki...it could have been a bit darker and croc loki stole the show.

I enjoyed the series but LOKI is seriously underpowered. Too often seems like a chump.

What we saw in that final episode is likely also going to lead directly in to the upcoming Dr. Strange movie as well, not just Loki season 2.
The Infinity Saga took 23 interconnected films to conclude over 11-years. If you are watching anything from Marvel hoping to have a self-contained story, you're likely to be disappointed. Steve Rogers and Iron Man needed 3 individual movies and 4 Avengers films to close off their stories.
We're only scratching the surface of the next Marvel phase.

Ep 6 was massive let down after massive buildup. Imho 'the bad guy who remains' should have been something else and not someone.
But you see, that is my whole issue. And it's not just Marvel. Much of the series these days on the streaming services are massive build-ups with no resolution, just a tease for the next instalment. I like a very specific type of entertainment-TV, and it is being taken over by non-stories and depression. And draaaaaaaged out crap that doesn't go anywhere.
I can't wait for The Orville Season 3.
Oh yes - most of the 23 films had a nice story to it, with a build-up and climax and resolution, and then, at the end, there might have been a tease for the next story. These days there are no resolutions, just cliffhangers.
They set up Thanos over a number of movies before he fully arrived in Infinity War. It's the same here. BUT...this opens up the MCU to the Fantastic Four (of which Kang is a major villian) as well as the mutants in the X-Men.
That was 1 version of Kang. He's a time-hopping villain who conquers timelines.
Remember he warned Loki & Sylvie (Enchantress) that another far worse version of himself was coming. And when Sylvie killed him, his dying words were: "See you soon!".
They couldn't show you the REAL Kang as that reveal is in Dr Strange 2 & Ant-Man & The Wasp 2
Not really...in the TVA magic doesn't work so he's unable to do anything. He does have superhuman strength, but wouldn't want to be pruned until he knew what was going on.

It was literally like. Oh I ate, now I have to poop. Excitement Levels gone from 99 to -99.
I guess I just wanted too much from Marvel...
I'm sorry but the series was like ****ing awesome until that reveal it just went meh as my mind was racing with far more complex and other things it could be. Oh well at least Foundation is on its way and there is Hyperion to read when I finish with The Shining and Ravenor Book 2.
Because there are literally different versions of the guy and he explained that. The Kang we will get as the next Big Bad isn't the same as who we saw (which was from a different Earth.

So, here are my thoughts: They have the rights now to Fantastic Four, X-men, Deadpool etc. BUT, how do you bring them into the MCU? They simply didn't exist because of licensing.
They have a very rich history in the comics (X-Men started in the 60s along with FF) so there are plenty of stores to tell (along with PLENTY of bad guys...Apocalypse, Magneto, Doctor Doom).
How best to bring them in but via a time-travelling villain? Something that was hinted at in Antman & The Wasp via the Quantum Realm (and indeed End Game).
This way they're opening up the time lines allowing those characters to come into the MCU.
I digress but I'm surprised they haven't incorporated Mr Sinister in the xmen, he could hold his own in movies/TV.. maybe they think his character isn't kid friendly. But the 90's xmen animated series did and its still the best bit of entertainment ever made.
They did in New Mutants but that all falls by the wayside now if mutants become canon in the MCU (which they will). Sinister was involved with Apocalypse in the past as well so they would dovetail very well. I'd only want Hugh Jackman back as Wolverine. And obviously Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool.

Because Kang is one of the Avengers most notable foes. It was almost expected that he'd eventually appear. It became almost inevitable when they started with the multiple timelines and time travel.
Is New Mutants worth a watch? I felt that way about Hugh but over time I've moved on. Wolverine has to be played by someone short this time around, Tom hardy could be good. I agree with about Reynolds, it's like he was born to be Deadpool.

Yep, the MCU pretty much has limitless power with the way Loki ended. Those divergent timelines are basically branches out to FF, X-Men, etc.
I don't know if you saw it, but Ryan Reynolds in character as Deadpool reviewed one of his movies and was joined by Korg (from Thor). A bit of a tease that Deadpool will enter the MCU? Granted Taiki is in the same movie, but he appeared as MCU's Korg.
I did yeah. I had referenced this a couple of days ago as an example of how Deadpool was now officially part of the MCU. Brilliantly done really.
