Thats about how long the cut over takes .
Have you checked your line stats ??
Speed wont change.

I've been moved over to one, I'm very close to the one on Crestwood/Franschoek so it could be that one but I'm not sure.

The info on this site doesn't seem that accurate. That points to my SDC (street distribution cabinet), no active electronics there.
