I'm looking for ideas as to what free app I can write next.

Is there something you've been looking for but can't find? Do you have a brilliant idea but can't write Android apps?

Share your thoughts and I may write it next ...
 
Not sure if it exists but is there a way you can make an application that searches for prices of items locally, like uPrice?

Always good to have a tool that gets you a good deal on stuff :)
 
Why free? I want to get rich and something bitches, but I can't programme.

A little left field here but I want something very, very simple and I'd do it myself but time constraints and endless laziness prevent me. I know there's probably thousands of apps that do this [and as I've seen, a whole lot more as well] but how about a very basic and very simple "Reminder" app. Not something that integrates with everything else or updates other apps or launches rockets and massages your ego etc. Just a simple open it, set a time coupled with a short message as to why/what you're being reminded about and that's it. When the times comes you get a reminder and that's all. Simple.

Something, you know... like the old Nokias had :o

Thanks but I can't seem to find "Clear" ? Any.do looks useful but again - it's got a whole tonne of other umm... functionality that I have no need for. Hence my request for a very basic, very simple, ultimately one dimensional reminder app. I know it sounds like I'm being pedantic but I'm yet to come across a an app that simply just reminds you to do something when you tell it to :/

Microwave Ovens, Convection Ovens, Induction Cookers, Rocket Launchers .... and all I want is a 2 slice toaster :D

Clear might be iOS only. I use Wunderlist on my phone as it syncs on desktop, Android and iOS. And it's as deep or shallow as you need.

Another good suggestion ...which is not really what I want :p :)
/quietly goes back to creating a new alarm each time I want a reminder :o
