Hi all,

I'm looking for a good web based (preferably CGI / PHP, i.e. Linux based) torrent seed box software. So far I've tried out torrentflux - but their support seems non-existent, and it doesn't work as well as Linux's own bittorrent or utorrent on my Windows PC. i.e. I can download files here which torrentflux doesn't want to download.

Another alternative is Transmission, but I simply can't get it to work on Debian or CentOS.

Can anyone else recommend something with a web interface where I can setup users, and maybe even give them quota limits (torrentflux doesn't support this) and then the users can submit (or search) torrents to download. Once the torrent is download they should be able to download the completed file(s) via HTTP/FTP to their PC.

Any suggestions?

rutorrent is very nice, and very popular.
I haven't had any issues getting Transmission to run on Debian though. I used it myself back in the day, and am using it now on Debian for the odd file I need.
