Looking for Local Cloud Providers

I have a rather large number of Linux VM's running on Digital Ocean and AWS. I started a project to migrate them to a local cloud provider (Cloud Africa) but after experiencing some frustrations I am looking for another local option.

I mostly have "1 Core / 1Gb" up to "4 Core / 4Gb" VMS with storage of 20 - 50 Gb. so nothing too serious in terms of size requirements.
