Looking for office tools

Hi guys I’m looking for some good business office software. Do you perhaps have any suggestions?
Things like management tools for staff, admin work, database, notes, calendars and appointments.
Yes I know MS office tools, but something or things more in depth and different as I grow sick of looking at it every day.
