I noticed,... his FUP softcap is even lower than Telkom's

They do uncapped home stuff, and would also never install anything lower than a 90% signal or sub 3ms on your link.

Thanks, left them a message on their website. I don't see anything about a FUP, so I hope they don't have one & I can get LOS.
