Gobii IVP is gorgeous.

Have a Hisense Pure 1, retails at R2500, so far a very smooth experience, everyone laughs when they see the brand name on the device, but it just works, nicely, and I like 5.5 inch screen. And having dual SIM capacity is very handy.

My uncle bought one a month ago from Kalahari. I like that phone. Will probably get me one when I get bored of the gobii

We've had the Gobii11 from Kalahari for a couple of weeks now. No problems at all, & we have just ordered another. It comes with 200mb data a month.
Ok, the Hiscense has a bigger screen, but is it worth 2 and a half times more?
Kalahari's service is amazing.. we ordered the flip case for the Gobii, but decided it was a bit crappy. We phoned kalahari & they sent a courier to collect it.

The HiSense is great if you are big on watching videos and checking out pics.

Gobii is nice. I have the flip floppy cover. Yea they could have made it a bit less low cost style.

The hisense is also nice.

The only issue i have is it's difficult to get covers for these phones. ( well atleast I haven't seen any)
