Low profile GPU options

I'm looking for a low profile GPU to replace my old x2400. Looking for GTX750ti, GT1030 or better, but something that can run from PCI Express power (no molex power connector). It must be half-height (low profile as my case can only take low profile cards.

GPU will be paired with i7 860 CPU with 12GB DDR3 - mainly for RTS games and the occasional CS:GO.

Any recommendations?
