Lowest Latency ISP for Gaming?

I game on European servers (Aion) and have been experimenting with various ISPs - Afrihost isn't great sitting at 300-600ms ping on average and peaks at around 1200ms, and Screamer is just the most awfully slow connection ever averaging at 600-1200ms with peaks at 3400ms.

Anyone else getting better connection speeds with their ISP? With MWEB's new uncapped offer I'm considering trying them out - anyone there care to share connection speeds on Euro servers?

You really only have one option unshaped. That will give you good speeds and the fastest you can get depending on your own line

Why are you even bothering with gaming on an uncapped line? All the ISPs use shaping to manage their uncapped and you are unlikely to get decent pings on any of the uncapped products.

@Inox - Haha Screamer is supposed to be unshaped!

I also forgot to mention that iBurst was even worse than Screamer. I also tried G-Connect which was really good, but the connection model (via web page) caused constant logs.

@elievan Axxess is pretty pricey, but I'm gonna try gamepath (thanks for putting me onto that)

I think a lot of people will be gaming on MWEB / Afrihost / and Axxess.
You can get a proxy tool to bypass the shaping that will shave some ping time down - last time I was still playing wow I used it and was under 320 and even under 300 often to EU servers on a 4MB line.
I list those only because of the current price war for uncapped.
I am waiting for Afrihost to make news this week to decide.
