LTE Contract expired

My Telkom Lte contract expired in October and I do not want to continue with the service as I have signed up with Vox Telecoms fiber. I have tried getting hold of a Telkom rep to assist but no luck. what is the proper procedure to stop the service or do i simply just stop the debit order and hopefully they contact me?
 
Phone telkom customer service and select account query then cancellations.

Thinks its 081180 (free from a telkom line), request their email address and send your request through as well.

Never just cancel debit order ,
Try cal 180 from a telkom sim
 
Also don't take time out specifically to do this as you'll be holding on for quite a while, rather multitask while you wait to be answered.

Thank you for the reply, i have tried the number as well as 2 other numbers and stay on the line for approximately 15 minutes then the call drops. I have send and email requesting assistance and also had no response. I have tried to cancel through the app but the app says it does not recognize my account details.

How much data do u get and how much is it pm?
