My Telkom Lte contract expired in October and I do not want to continue with the service as I have signed up with Vox Telecoms fiber. I have tried getting hold of a Telkom rep to assist but no luck. what is the proper procedure to stop the service or do i simply just stop the debit order and hopefully they contact me?
