No luck. I've purchased 3+3GB Telkom LTE Bundle-No Internet and Supersonic-No Coverage in my area. I think I'm screwed here.

Can you try forcing 3G only on your device? When I had the Telkom package, 3G did work.

I can see that you have daul sim phone and sim 2 is Telkom with 2 network bars, I think you have to try to change your preferred data sim under sim card manager.
