LTE Signup - Dead Calls

Wondering if I am the only one experiencing this issue, signed up for the uncapped LTE Deal on the website and got an "application accepted" e-mail immediately, about 2 hour later a call from a Pretoria Telkom number but when I answer its dead air, same call again a few hours later and dead air again.

I find it quite concerning that a Telco can't make a phone call? Has anybody suffered the same and found a solution? I assume its the verification and T&C call but I can imagine they will simply close it eventually and move on leaving me without my order.

I had the exact same issue, Please dont wait for them to call, seems something is not right with their telephone systems,

Call them on 10213 and its a long wait on the line but when you get through do the application with one off the agents.

Thats how I managed to get mine done....

Thanks, guess I will have to do that. Bit of a shame, would otherwise be a very impressive signup process with a call coming a few short hours after applying online.
