Wondering if I am the only one experiencing this issue, signed up for the uncapped LTE Deal on the website and got an "application accepted" e-mail immediately, about 2 hour later a call from a Pretoria Telkom number but when I answer its dead air, same call again a few hours later and dead air again.
I find it quite concerning that a Telco can't make a phone call? Has anybody suffered the same and found a solution? I assume its the verification and T&C call but I can imagine they will simply close it eventually and move on leaving me without my order.
