Sjoee...I guess you have to tweet/email Jacqui then.So got a call now i have to pay R4372 to cancel they will not honor their side as i am not abusing my LTE i read the T/Cs to them that didn't help, explained they breached contract didn't help and said Jacqui has to contact you personally for the fees to be removed.
Good luck to anyone cancelling..think i need a triple bells for Braai Day...
