I had the same thing happen earlier. I had a lot of money in limbo so I almost lost the plot. The price changed about R1k before I had my cash back. But these things happen.

A week or 2 ago even the mighty Bitfinex was down with a 502 bad gateway error. Scary. A few months ago Poloniex crashed as well. I'm not happy about it but looks like these things are bound to happen when traffic gets insane.

I sold 10 minutes ago and my cash is still stuck in limbo. Can't see it. Is Luno a scam? We need someone else to come up with something better. This is is just pathetic now.

Same. Balances not updating after trades or cancelling orders. It is definitely getting worst
 
My order went through and after 15 minutes my money still was not available in my wallet.

Sale went through, but bitcoin not reflecting, some cash left, what is going on???
Very concerned at the moment
 
Bought 2 bitcoin, deducted the funds, but did not add the bitcoin to my account. Available BTC balance: 0.
 
I've lost about R20k or so from the issues experienced in the last few hours. Well done Luno. Well done.

PS. 20 minutes and I'm still waiting for the ZAR for the Bitcoin I sold to reflect on my account.

I sold everything (~R330k). I just cannot trust Luno anymore. Will probably move to ACT
 
30 mins after buying bitcoin it still has not reflected, but ZAR deducted. Stuck staring at the price changing while powerless.
 
WTF is going on with luno?? Sold ages ago, to the point that i'm now LOSING money because I couldnt buy again???
 
ZAR and BTC not updating on exchange page.

I'm actively losing money in trades I can't make.

I can see it on the wallet page and it's correct. Doesn't help much though.

Same here. Lost everything I've made in the last few days of trading because of Luno 20 minute delays on orders.
 
From what I can see, if you put in a trade, its taking 30 mins to reflect. So if you place in a bid, and it doesnt go through, don't cancel it, cause then you have to wait 30 mins again for it to reflect. I wonder if with this volatility Luno is taking the gap profit first, and queuing customers at the end of the line?

No, don't ascribe to malice that which can be attributed to incompetence. Their DB servers are probably overloaded and the transactions are being queued.
 
You are probably right IdleLayaout.

Update: Balances were okay in the end after 30 mins or so. Happy ending. All the money and BTC updated correctly.
My advice, trade a little bit at a time for now guys, because you cant change orders too quickly.
 
Asked you guys months ago to add feature where I could see BTC USD price for IOS as you have it on Android app. When?
