Luno Support and Queries Thread

So I recently had to reset my phone.
I know my username and password, but cannot get the The two-factor authentication code correct.

Please, please help.
I cant remember what I did but if I can remember correctly I had to go to the website from a pc and somewhere there is a reset 2FA. I think my account was locked for 48 hours for security reasons.

I transferred funds into my account on Monday (08/11) and they left my bank on 09/01 but still not showing up in my luno account.

I have a ticket up but no response - the bank can’t request funds back as they have cleared already - and I’m not getting through to support. Can you look into this? Ticket number is 362073

Did you use the CORRECT reference number? If not, they would have to manually go through all of the deposits to find yours.

Go through your statement and make sure you used the correct reference giving by them.

You need to reset and then creates a ticket. They then ask you to send a selfie holding your ID and a written note. Once they receive it they will disable 2FA and you can then login again to your account. Took about 2 days when I did mine.
 
@The_Mowgs - that’s the first thing I checked but all done correct. Reference sort code, account number etc

Have attachments if luno require, both from my bank and from the luno app, which match.

Then I have no idea sorry. My deposit usually take about 30min, if that long even.
 
good day sir I helped my father to pay money into his luno wallet but went wrong fast , because the ladyat absa bank that loaded the payment put his initials and surname in as reference in place of the one i gave het to from Absa bank in Hoedspruit and since 19 December we are srtugling to allocate that payment to the wallet

Hope you manage to get that sorted out! I'm sure Luno will be able to track that Payment and assign it but it probably won't happen over night...
As per Sloot, maybe try their Twitter and Facebook for quicker response.
Have you approached Absa about it? Do you have the lady that helped you's details?
 
Yes I do have the lady’s details and have tried every thing possible to try and get it even reversed but of no avail. And ABSA after three weeks dont have answers so if luno does not get to my ticket nr in three weeks what els is there to do my friend . Because there is no one that I can talk to to just check and allocate with wallet matching reference nr .
 
Condolences my deposit too a month to show after a mistake of putting BS instead of a BX.

bleh...lunos "automated" deposit system not functioning very well...

some days deposit clears in 15 mins and others 2 hours later and nothing...
 
Guys, any idea how I can exchange my BCH that's been sitting in Luno since the fork ages ago? Want to exchange it for ETH or even just sell it somewhere so I can reinvest.

I have an account at ICE3 too, but that don't seem to deal with BCH.

You could register at binance if they're open again, else any exchange listed here: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin-cash/#markets

(Of that list the two I'd suggest that are still open to registrations are Binance or Hitbtc). Haven't used OKEx yet. Good volume on it though.
 
anybody else still waiting for a deposit to reflect that they sent this morning?
