Prices like that shouldnt work. They must be counting on lazyness of people. If you are in the US, netflix is a much much much better option. If you in SA you're screwed either way

I like the variety of colours for the nano, and 8gb is quite useful,great size it seems but the price...
For the price of an 8gb nano, it's close on the price of the 30gb video, I wonder if the 80gb Video is as thick or thicker than the current 60,
iTV also seems quite cool, the iTunes prices are ridiculous, and I dont think they accept SA Credit Cards ?

black only 8gb nano is $249, same as the 30gb ipod video. Clearly you get to pay for being cool.
The 80gb is the same size as the "old" 60gb
You pay for miniturization, and flash memory. I guess it might make sense if you have the requirement of smallest possible size.
Balls - I think I get a point for that too if you're keeping score.
Ouch - a r700 markup for the 4gb? ($199 from Apple vs R2149 at exactmall).

You can take as many points as you like - you decided this was a competition. If I'd known I would have just made a hundred predictions in the beginning but as far as I'm concerned two out of three wasnt too bad and it turned out to be an interesting thread to boot.

Album art is not so big that you have to worry about it. You'll be down a couple of songs on a nano at the most. Doesn't really matter for the rest.
Try this widget which allows you to preview the pics before adding them to the song or entire album.
There are a couple of tools like this out there. The itunes feature is ok, but is limited to what is in the store.
I've got a ton of songs that need artwork.
Most of them I ripped so long ago I doubt I still have the jewel cases. Perhaps I'll let the app have a shot and manually do the rest - or more realistically continue doing without.
Viewing using the cover browser is pretty cool.

Hey guys, I don't want to be the spanner in the works, but how do I make this artwork thing work? When I go onto the music store it tells me I must register and then wants my American credit card details? Then what?
