Mac Pro Vista Bootcamp issue

I have a Mac Pro desktop, I have tried to install Vista using bootcamp. The partition creates fine the machine reboots and Vista install comes up, when I select the Bootcamp partition to format it formats but I get an error saying there are no suitable drives to install Vista on?

I want to install on the drive in bay 3 and not on my Mac OS X system drive, I have reformatted, tried repairing permissions and all that and still the same error?

I can't find anything online, and the OS X is up to date with latest updates!
