I am running Mac OSx. on this I have VMWare Fusion running which has Windows 7 installed (Need it to log onto the corp domain and access internal tools).

On a normal windows machine I use the shortcut keys ctrl + left mouse button to select multiple files in no specific order to copy etc (sometimes in excel to select different rows or columns to delete).

On my VM in windows if I hold down ctrl and click the left mouse button I get the properties menu. :erm:
How on earth do I get this changed to function normally as it really affects my day to day role!

Does it do it when the VM is running in full screen too or when it's sharing the display (unity)?

You can set the MacOSX mouse options to disable Ctrl-Click Properties for OSX - I use Right Click for the context menu, just as in in Windoze.

Can't see where to change ctrl+click options in Mac OSX, I've checked under the trackpad options, but I also use the secondary click for the context menu, thanks for the help though.
