Yeah with ±10tb that’s not going to work.Family plan.
365 Business might work out better for you but you’d need to compare holistically with your current requirements and future needs, cost/ability to retrieve also capability to download.
The cheapest license to offer unlimited storage is One for Business Plan 2, you’d need 5 to make you applicable for 5TB/user.
At 90% usage MS will bump you up to 25TB a user. That excludes the 1TB of SharePoint storage you also get.
Unlike OneDrive personal which the client only allows one account, you can sync unlimited business accounts so you can sync all 5 accounts or create a shared folder in the other accounts shared with one main user which lets you use their OneDrive storage so your user limit is still 5TB but you have access to 25TB.
