macOS Sonoma

Upgraded last night then went to sleep, still using my previous wallpaper, didn't bother using the new animated wallpapers.

Only thing that seems not to work properly is using 1Password to authenticate the AWS CLI in iTerm2. The biometrics prompt appears and then nothing happens in the terminal.

Terminating the command and re running the command seems to work the second time. The default terminal doesn't seem to have any issues.

Oh well.

Anyone else averse to updating? Cruising happily on Monterey on my 14" M1 Pro. Dislike Ventura and Sonoma is similar.

13" Early 2015 MBP still happy on Catalina.

Wife's 15" Mid 2015 MBP still on Mojave.

I have a MacBook Pro 2019 I should hopefully be able to do software updates for a while still

I upgraded my personal machine as well, really liking the headline features - with the new wallpaper and of course the widgets on the desktop.

Corporate machine is still on Ventura, so I'm not sure what it's like to do real work on Sonoma :D

No issues so far on my MBA. Seems like it's a better release than 13.0.

Just realised next month will be 3 years since the M1 MBA released, and I'm surprised how well it is holding up. Still feels new with Sonoma.
