Highway : Hazards on I can go any direction , I don't indicate but let's just changes lanes , I can drive 80kph in the fast lane no problem or last but not least lets tailgate the guy so he can break the law and go above 120
Only problem with that is the guy insisting on staying in the right lane and holding up the tailgater that doesn't really know how a highway works.
It's not your prerogative to enforce the law and is in fact equally illegal.
Pro-tip, if you swagger into any thread and your first post is "THAT isn't what's wrong, THIS is", maybe you need to invest a bit more effort into engaging with others' points of view rather than just turning every thread into a confirmation of your own biases.

It's not a theory, it's proven fact.
At the core of the scientific method is doubt.
In science, a theory is an explanation for how something works. This is generally tested and demonstrated, but is always subject to revision is better data comes along.
Then you have hypotheses, what are assertions about how something might be are work, and are provisional subject to test. If confirmed by multiple sources, these become observations or data that must be accounted for by theory.
Then you have data or observations, which are what laypeople call facts. But even these are subject to error and inaccuracy. For example, Newton made observations about gravity. These were tested and confirmed, but many decades later we found not to fully describe the situation at astronomical scales or where matter travels at a substantial percentage of the speed of light. These new observations had to be accounted for in theory. Newtonian gravity was not overturned, but had to be extended. The process is still ongoing. Modern theory accounts for relativistic effects, but we don't really have a good way to account for the missing mass implied by Newton as applied to observations of Galaxies, so we insert it and call it "dark matter." This is really just a placeholder to keep theory consistent with observation until we learn more.
So yes, even fact can be proven false, in error, or wanting in some way. Science doesn't really prove things to be true, it just proves things to be false, leaving truth in the wake like an archer zeroing in on her target.
I didn't want to repeat the keep left pass right rule again.
You try that on the N14. There are only two lanes and so many slow drivers in the left-hand lane that I pretty much won't pull in unless there is a significant enough gap for me to rejoin the right-hand lane after the tailgater behind me has pulled away. If I'm already doing 120km/h, I'm not going to go through dozens of lane-changes for impatient speedsters waiting to get past (it can take ages to rejoin the right-hand lane and it's far more dangerous to do so if the left-hand lane is going significantly slower), and especially not if the right-hand lane has queued traffic anyway (i.e. somebody passing me isn't going to be any better off than I am).
Agree, the right lane has nothing to do with exceeding the speed limit, no matter what people think. If I'm already doing 120km/h, I'm not going to go through dozens of lane-changes for impatient speedsters waiting to get past
So you're intentionally creating congestion?
So you're intentionally creating congestion?
Yes it has nothing to do with speed, it's the passing lane.Agree, the right lane has nothing to do with exceeding the speed limit, no matter what people think.
Tailgating because you're holding up the passing laneIf the opportunity arises to spoil a tailgater's day, then I relish it lol.
Did you not just read my sentence? It's a multi-part position. I will more than happily let speedsters tear off, UNLESS there is no benefit to them tearing off (i.e. I'm already travelling as fast as that lane allows based on traffic ahead) and it poses increased risk to me (i.e. I will be forced into a slower lane and then struggle to rejoin the faster lane). If you're defending speeding, what would justify me doing either of those things for your benefit?
Yes it has nothing to do with speed, it's the passing lane.
Tailgating because you're holding up the passing lane
I must say DA-LION-619, based on our previous interactions here I didn't make the mistake of assuming you were the calm, reasoned type, but this is an unfortunate position even by your standards.
It's the passing lane, you use it for passing not for going 120km/h.
If you feel you can't rejoin it later that is no reason to hold it up and cause congestion.
So in other words DA-LION-619, you're selfish and only care about what you want. Right, but then we already knew that. Moving along.
I'm selfish? You're holding up the passing lane because of your own reasons lol.
Like safety? Yes bro, we all have that responsibility towards each other. You have a responsibility towards me to act in a safe and courteous manner on the roads as well, it's part of the shared contract of travelling hunks of metal at deadly speeds in close proximity to each other. Don't know why I'm even debating this with somebody incapable of understanding anything that doesn't favour their egos, but hey ... here's to hoping.
Safety? You basically don't want to wait to rejoin the passing lane, how is that safety?
