Makro Cancellation orders

Hi everyone. Has anyone successfully gotten an order canceled and received their refund? I canceled an order 10 days ago and received no feedback. I call every two days and the consultant(s) always say they escalated the matter, and I should receive feedback within 2 days. The only email I got from them was to send proof of payment, they received it and always mentioned they have everything they need from me but the process is simply not happening. Do any of you have any help on this issue? I feel like by the time (if ever) I get my refund, I would have wasted the same amount on airtime for these calls everytime.
 
I'm in the same boat. Very slow cancellation process. What was the outcome for you?
 
I've had an order refunded successfully after RMAing it with Makro. No issues.

I cancelled the order before receiving anything to RMA, so the situation is different. This is how my order page looks. Notice how the order is still "open" and attempting to deliver, and the Reattempt date is over a week in the past.
So at what point will they "cancel" the order on the system so that my refund can actually begin to be processed? That's what I want to know

No way to contact customer support, with a form or email?
 
Finally got a confirmation of refund E-mail today. Phew.. looks like a bit of patience paid off 😅
 
I luckily paid with payflex. I also cancelled my order before receiving my item, I think a day or two days after I ordered.

They asked for proof of payment, I provided it, they said they'll get back to me in two days, from there every two days I called them because I wasn't receiving feedback. The same story everytime in two days they'll get back until this one lady said there is no time attached as they have a lot of queries.

From there I sent one email to payflex asking how they protect their customers from suppliers and the next day my money was returned.
