Does anyone know how to do this? i have been into a vodacom store and they said that my sim is setup for 4g but i am yet to see a 4g/lte icon show on my device, its alway 3g or H when im in known lte areas. if i login to myVodacom the list of services i see are:

Call hold Active Purchased
Vlive Active Purchased
mms.vodacom.net Active Purchased
All Call Barring Active Purchased
Yebo4Less Prepaid Active Purchased
Temporary CLIR Active Purchased
All Call Forwarding Active Purchased
SIM 64D Active Purchased
SMS-MT Active Purchased
internet Active Purchased
Prepaid recharge service Active Purchased
Conference Call Active Purchased
GPRS Service - Prepaid Active Purchased
Video Active Purchased
Standard SMS-MO Active Purchased
Call hold / wait Active Purchased
Call waiting Active Purchased
Yebo4Less Prepaid Telephony Active Purchased

nothing in that list shows lte is active... my device is a lg nexus 5 uk version which can operate on the 1800mhz frequency and is set to connect on lte via the network settings, the apn is set to lte.vodacom.za although if i open the access point settings there is nothing set for the proxy, port, username, password, server, mmsc, mms proxy, mms port, authentication type, bearer or mvno type, should those options be blank? if so can anyone suggest anything else that i could try to get 4g? as far as im aware there are nexus users who can connect to the 4g networks.
