Yeah. I just picked up the green screen after 2 weeks. But I bought my emerald green dual sim variant from Hong Kong.

Either way I'm probably in a worse off position than you. Lol

I imagine the rep can't say anything until there is an official statement from Huawei

I guess but I hope they get their ducks in order because the issue seems to be gaining momentum.

I think there's just a bad batch of screens, and given my past experience with Huawei they will do right by their customers as soon as they work out a workable plan

Mine hasn't given me any issues, but I heard that not all devices have the screen problem but again lets wait for their official statement

Posted in the other thread about my experience, this is with Huawei Singapore. Long story short:

Got green screen. Facebook messaged them with details and photos. Got a reply after a few hours. Sunday night they message me and tell me the replacements will be available next week along with a powerbank to say sorry, they'll be on contact for replacement. No complaints
