I know nothing about MAC, but will be getting it for testing soon - tried to duck... :(

Integrated mail program is crashing frequenly and getting worse. On the nth start it crashes immediately, it needs to reboot machine. I am being told that problem appearead the first time after installing Mac Keeper. I told her to uninstall the sucker, but she don't know how to do it (not a Windows user - Windows user must be more clever to survive). :)

Details:
MacBookPro5,5
Core 2 Duo 2.26MHz CPU
2GB RAM
Boot ROM Version: MBP55.00AC.B03

MAC OS version is not shown here, but she says everything is updated regularly.
I want to shine when she comes, so please tell me what is going on. :)

That's probably your problem. You might want to read up on it ;)

MacKeeper=V bad news.
Might be worth getting( buy) AppDelete to delete this as moving it to trash may leave some of it's files behind.

I'm with bwana here... MacKeeper is shyte.

Bin it, empty trash and, just to be sure, use Spotlight Search to find any traces left behind... Oh, Spotlight is the little magnifying glass icon top right of screen.
She shouldn't be having any mail issues at all with the latest version of El Capitan (10.11.1), 'tho on the previous version there was an outgoing SMTP bug so you might want to check that.

No feedback after uninstalling Mac Keeper, so I assume everything came back to normal. :)
Thanks on behalf of the victim for quick replies, she readed it all.
