Mega 100WR setup help

Hello

I'm trying to setup my Mega 100WR router but can't seem to get it to work.

I've downloaded some utility from the Telkom website but it keeps telling me that "No router was found"

The router has been reset plus it is connected to the computer through a Ethernet connection.

I've tried connecting to the modem through the browser by using a 10.0.0.2 address but still can't seem to log in.

Any help would really be appreciated.

Reset the router and set your PC's IP address to 10.0.0.3, subnet mask 255.255.255.0.

Then try to connect to 10.0.0.2 again.

use internet explorer only, these routers dont seems to work properly with chrome/ff.
I had a bitch setting one up the other day cause it would never save the settings , using chrome

Get a proper modem?

Had one of those for ages. At the end i just gave up and got a new one

Still using mine, works fine with FF. Either your PC needs to be set up to use DHCP, or you need to use the same IP/subnet as the 100WR (10.0.0.3 . 255.255.255.0)

I'm still using a Telkom 5100 ADSL modem and I don't have any issues with it either
