Great news. So there is no more excuses now from the Ronaldo camp. Now we can compare performances, not only in goals between Messi and Ronaldo.

Im not really worried about goals, cos Ronaldo gets to take penalties and freekicks, Messi doesnt.

Im more concerned about which player makes more of an impact in the game. Of course goals doesnt hurt as well.

Even though messi doesn take freekicks his still ahead in goals and when it comes to big match temperament messi wins hands down.
 
The way Barca is going at the moment, it seems Eto'o will score double the amount of goals that Ronaldo will score

You make it sound like a bad thing... Ronaldos better!! Even in his Off season he will do better than Messi!:) Lets wait till end of season k...?
 
All Genius. was trying to say was that Ronaldo has an advantage over Messi because Ronaldo takes the spot kicks and Messi doesn't. Personally, I would prefer Messi over Ronaldo
 
Ronaldo has never been better than Messi.

When you compare who scored more goals, do u think it is fair that the one player gets to take penalties and free kicks to up his goal tally and the other doesnt?
 
Thanks :D Well Ronaldo's free kicks were very good against Stoke. Who rememebers his FK against the Euro 11? That was just plain amazing ;)
 
So Barca won again. No prize for guessing who scored.

Moment of the match: Actually two of them.

1st) Sky sports commentators are always biased towards the EPL, dont blame them - they are English!!! Today they reckon - Ronaldo has had a good start to the season, but there is no doubt that Messi is the best player in the world :D

2nd) They were talking about Messi's skill with the ball and were amazed how he can beat players so easily. They then started counting all the players that Messi went thru when he got the ball. There was once when he got the ball, and they started counting 1 2 3 4 5 - then someone brought him down :D They said, he could probably run through the entire team if he wanted to :D
 
I'm sure everybody thinks (knows) that Messi is a better player than Ronaldo, except the Man Utd fans

True. I dont think i have met someone who watches Messi and Ronaldo and thinks that Ronaldo is better. Normally the only people who thinks Ronaldo is better is the ones who support Man United, and ONLY watch the EPL.
