MetroFiber, Cool ideas or Cell©

Hello Everybody

Trust you are all well, i have a little confusion and i want to clear it.
in our state/complex they had an open day for ISPs and everyone tried hard to be better the others out all of them i have picked 3 for uncapped unshaped services.

1st one is MetroFiber which is the holder of the fiber infrastructure they are promoting 100Mbs/100Mbs for R1615.00 per month.

2nd one is Cool ideas which they gonna rent a fiber line from MetroFiber but they are promoting 100Mbs/100Mbs for R1419.00 per month.

3th one is Cell© also gonna rent a fiber line from MetroFiber and promoting 100Mbs/100Mbs for R1299.00 per month.

Now the prices is one thing but the customer support and after sale services are the most important and thats what im asking you guys to help me with based on your experiences and knowledge, which ISP should i go for and why do you thing is the best out of the three ?

With Metrofibre you have quite a lot of options.

You can add Supersonic to the list. They charge R1385 per month for the 100/100 service. Also offer free installation and 1 month free fibre.

I don't know why metrofibre has 2 ISPs but you get Metrofibre ISP and then Gigago and Aitsa. 3 ISPs but all Metrofibre ISPs.

If you want to go with metrofibre as your isp rather signup via gigago.co.za. It's R1299 with gigago.co.za or aitsa.com

You have lots of choices all of them good ones.

Supersonic
Cool Ideas
Gigago
Cellc
Metrofibre ISP


All of these offer completely unshaped and uncapped access so no matter who you pick it will be decent.

I will vote for Cool ideas or Supersonic but Gigago is also a decent choice.

Sorry i didn't mention earlier that we had 5 ISPs including METROFIBER plus (MWeb, Vodacom, Coolideas and CellC) (this was for FTTH)
I think Supersonic belongs to MTN if i'm not mistaken, and i remember they had a bad reviews and feedbacks, (i need to illuminate and shorten the list not add to it.. LOL)

Currently Coolideas are having 200Mbps for R1799.00/m with R500 connection fee, but Cellc are having 200Mbps for R1999.00/mv + (Black Smartbox (Binge Premium Entertainment Package), free installation and activation fee AND first 3 months free)

Well Supersonic is a fibre ISP so they offer fibre on a handful of networks including Metrofibre.

If you talking about bad reviews in my opinion you will find them even for cool ideas. Even now people complain that the ticket system takes ages to get a reply but they have reps here on mybroadband which is a plus.

I think you need to focus on the network because if you are on a good network then you won't need support.

Good networks and big companies so issues are usually picked up quickly.

Yes unfortunately 200Mbps metrofibre network is quite expensive.

If you want my suggestion go with Supersonic and if you don't want that go with Cool Ideas.
