When you said Fixed and flying they fixed the 6down/6up that you where getting? You ended up getting the full 1000/500? My issues is still not sorted at all, can you give me details on what was causing the issue on your line so that i can bring it up, because we where definitely in the same boat at one pointSomeone at either mfn or cool ideas has now gone and messed with my line it was fixed and flying

Okay thank you for this information, This was a guy directly from MFN? I've been trying to get a hold of someone through out the day to atleast get an update but wasn't able to get into contact.. Thank you will ask someone to double check the configWell fixed on the MFN side so 1000mbps package
But now I’m back to no service
The guy told me it had something to do with “policer was actually set to 5Mbps”
So ie a config somewhere isn’t happy
Cool ideas still need to make the adjust on their side for the 500mbps up is what I understand

I have.Has anyone on MFN with MFN ISP received there 5 X increase in speed.
What were you upgraded to.I have.
I was on 100/100, now it's 500/500.What were you upgraded to.
no sign of my upgrade from 200 to 1G.I was on 100/100, now it's 500/500.

Why ask to get it adjusted? It has no impact on your connection?Is there anyone here that can fix this on AMS for me, PM me will give my FSAN details please if you can help..
I am not a MFN Direct customer and the profiles are setup incorrectly as my ISP don't support the Upload speed as yet, If someone can set this upload back to 250 that would be great thank you.
