Which ISP are you using on the MFN Network?

That is unfortunate indeed, but alas your customer service is too good to leave in the hands of others. I will upgrade to 250/250
I was waiting eagerly for Afrihost's new pricing for the 250/250 so I could move from WebAfrica.
They announced it in May, and their 250/250 ended up more expensive than WebAfrica's 400/400...

Afrihost's support is nice but I don't have enough issues with WebAfrica to justify the price increase tbh...

But when you do have an issue with WebAfrica, God help you.
 
Anyone else have no internet in Pretoria north area? (I'm specifically in theresapark, theresaburg complex)
 
VGM. Does anyone here have nay contacts of someone who can take a new application and process it on Tuesday the 1st of August.

I am serving notice now to Home-Connect for the 50/50. Will go for the 250/250 from August
 
We have identified the fault on the Nokia devices and we are busy rolling out the fix, full Restoration at 10:30. Thank you for your patience. MetroFibre

Typical WA. Respond to something 2 weeks later, even when there is no issue because they can't read properly.

Howzit -- How long does MetroFibre take to install an ONT if Fibre is already in the building?

I ordered a migration through Afrihost on 22nd June for 6th July, MetroFibre apparently assigned an ONT Installer on 29th June. I followed up with Afrihost on 7th June as I hadn't been contacted.

I'm still waiting to be contacted to schedule installation going on 2 weeks since the installer was assigned.

I have requested a migration as well, however i was contacted on whatsapp by someone named albert and they made appointment with me for tomorrow, I did the documents on Tuesday and they said that the Nokia ONT i currently have is not compatible.. Will see if the guy comes through tomorrow, 2 weeks seems harsh

Did you migrate from MetroFibre to Afrihost? In that case they need to swap the ONT for an open access ONT.
