Am I the only one having issues currently?

The past 4 or so days I've had this Resolving Host issue with no way of fixing. ISP says Metrofiber and escalations to Seacom ..but I can't see any complaints on MyBB ?

Could the ISP have something set on their side causing this issue?

I can't download / upload from WhatsApp. I need to disconnect my phone WiFi (go GSM), send what I need, and then reconnect in order to use WhatsApp web

Which ISP do you use, I use Metrofibre themselves it's not perfect but it works more often than not.

I'm using Initio360.

The last week browsing is extremely painful. Speedtest doesn't show an issue (latency, download , upload is all perfect)

But every page has an issue loading upfront. So, click on link ... Wait .... Wait .... Could not resolve host ... Refresh ... Works ... Next link ... Works .... Next link ... Wait .... Wait ... Could not resolve .... Refresh .... Could not resolve ... Refresh .... Could not resolve .... Works

That is odd, sounds like ISP not Metrofibre issue

Can I just put in other ISP details f I wanted to double check ?

I'm in a complex

https://www.cisp.co.za/

That won't resolve at all! I can't even get in

So what can I do, assuming an ISP issue? Surely one can't be stuck?

I thought it was just me. I'm also on Metrofibre, with ISP Metrofibre Networx!

Having those exact problems of having to refresh the page a few times before it displays. It's almost a consistent problem. Across different devices. It's the initial page thats the problem for me mostly, download speeds are usually fine.

Help Metrofibre! what commands and stats can we run for u to debug and attend?

Yea.

Added on the router ... Didn't do much unfortunately. It's slowly but surely got worse.

What area are you?
Wondering if area specific?

As per your signature, I am assuming that Jägermeiʃter didn't fix it? :p

Do you have your own firewall in place?
Have you tested with a VPN connection?
Have you looked at WinMTR?
Are you noticing any packet drops on your line?

Do you have your own firewall in place? Tested after disabling it - no luck.
