Does anyone know what the difference is between Nexus and Nova?
The only real difference I can see is that Nova has a 1000mpbs/1000mbps package for R1297, whereas Nexus has the same price for half the upload speed. Although, I am not too certain if that is 100% correct. Nova has a 25/25 and 20/20 package for R497.

Anyone probably know?

Would be nice to get more detail on what the actual difference on the ground is. Is it purely a cost thing or does the in field infrastructure differ. GPON vs XG-PON perhaps or higher split ratios and contention on the new network?

MetroFibre has decided to create two clearly defined network classifications on their network. The older network will be named MetroFibre Nexus and the newer portion of their network that tap into previously underserved areas will be called MetroFibre Nova.

Is there a reason why one gets 500 upload and the other 1Gbps? I know it's up to MetroFibre to do it, but do you possibly know why?

Nova probably has a higher split ratio to make it more cost effective to build into the areas they're targeting
