who is your ISP on MetroFibre?

I use Metrofibre as my ISP.

I am with Firestream.

What does your International speed tests look like ?
Mine are about 50% of line speed on a good day.
I am itching on changing ISPs but I am not sure any switch is worth it at the moment.

Well it has been a growing pattern over the past week or so.
I started noticing when Youtube began buffering about a week ago.

Yes thanks - didn't get activated when the router was installed.. 1.5 weeks later they found the cable broke at their box outside, once that fixed, it took the weekend to get activated.. working now..

Can you confirm if your router is the same like I've posted above ? And that during your installation you also waited for the service light to go on ?

Nothing needed on your end to do. Just wait for the network to authenticate you automatically ? Almost magically

How long did this authentication phase take ?

Mine is exactly the same, yes I did wait but took longer than 24 hours so dropped them a mail was up and running next day I think.

They keep 8-5 hours so will only happen between business hours.
