Microsoft could acquire Nokia in 2021 - Report

Microsoft may once again acquire Nokia and will be a major player in future negotiations around this potential acquisition, according to a report by Forbes.

The report cited analysts from CCS Insight, who said they predicted Nokia would be acquired by a major US tech company in 2021.
 
I'd imagine MS would be looking to acquire Nokia's 5G tech, rather than any real plans to enter into the phone market again

If so, pls make it Intel. Not MS again. I use Windows, I am not an Apple fanboy of a Linux nerd. But I had an MS Nokia phone. Had to ditch it when MS just walked away with an "fark you dude, go buy another phone" attitude. Lesson was learned: NEVER trust Microsoft with hardware. Software has an escape door. Theydo a "nokia" with Windows I just install Linux on my main PC as well (did it on another PC - am prepared)
With hardware MS will eventually skrew you.
