"Genuine Windows" is kinda guaranteed to not come with keyloggers pre-installed. I have had enough viruses that attempted to infect me from serial key generators in my life.

Bad argument, I know, but it is one way to justify what they are saying.

Really? Have you not seen that piece of crap we are now forced to watch on all our legally purchased movies? The one that implies that all the hip cats buy their movies legally and the friendless point dexters are too stupid to download the movie they want to watch while theyre down at the pub the night before they decide to watch it or at the very least upgrade from dial up?

And yes I would download a car if I could.

Seriously, the intellectual property types seem to be going out of their way to bolster their image as greedy, soulless corporate toads.

In the one advert, I want to kill the girl that has got to be downloading a movie at about 1Gbps, and then she goes and cancels it just before it completes..... stupid cow!.

Now surely if she was using a torrent, and had been tracked by a studio or whoever, it is too late by this stage to prevent one of the "scary" warning letters from your ISP?.

Hell yes!

MS is, in effect, saying "because, by virtue of your, presumed, free will you are potentially capable of pirating our intellectual property we feel justified in lying to you". Where as I feel that if they can justify lying I can certainly justify copying their intellectual property.
 
I'd rather have all my files deleted than have to sit through a Prime Circle music video...
 
Why should it bother anyone if FB account is deleted? I don't understand all the fuss about FB - a gossip show offsite! Get a life, you can re-create a profile on FB and invite everyone on FB to be a friend - who cares how many friends you have!

And that's not all it does. Using pirate software will
  • cause you to get a flat tyre
  • break up with your girlfriend and
  • it can even give you Hemorrhoids!

Wow, they will surely clean out all my Accounts seing that they have already determined that I am using PC. That's not even English. Wonder what their Download entails.
 
I'm so glad I don't have facebook right now! I would be so upset if my buggy OS was hijacked by pirates and they deleted my online facebook account which is not saved on my hard-drive!

And 1 more thing... Adobe Air has got to be the worst way to distribute this advert! Why on earth would I want to install an advert on my PC? To uninstall it I have to go to "Add/Remove Programs"

At least pirates would clean up after themselves....
