Microsoft helps elevate America

General motors may start giving free driving lessons, then we can bash them too.

I reckon its a good idea from M$.

they should not call these courses computer literacy, they should refer to it as "microsoft product literacy"..because really all they will be teaching to okes is how to use MS productss, highly doubtfull if they will teach them anything regarding MS alternatives.
But guess this more good than evil, and surely they will benefit from it. But its all fair, not as if MS will hold a gun against any ones head...
..smart marketing, and the people will actually benefit aswell

And why should they teach them Linux? Or anything else? It's a good gesture that they are teaching people how to use their products. And since most PCs run Microsoft, it can be called a computer literacy course. Even trird-party training companies presenting computer literacy courses train you in the basics of Windows.

And how will all this help benefit the people when there's no work?

Or is M$ hoping to create cheap labour?
